Maintenance Management

Maintenance has evolved from reactive, simple preventive maintenance to sophisticated philosophies relying on condition monitoring, data analysis, and key performance indicators. These philosophies, when translated into practice, have changed maintenance to a proactive, cost effective function that is increasingly valuable in today's complex environment.

Unfortunately most "so called" EAM vendors do not understand what EAM really means.

The proactive focus of Enterprise Asset Management varies from the reactive approach used by traditional CMMS. Instead of waiting for failures and PMís to generate work, EAM focuses on condition monitoring as a key element of work generation.

EAMís focus is on critical equipment monitoring and a fix it ďjust before failure" philosophy that differentiates EAM from typical CMMS maintenance philosophies of the past.

EAM is completely scalable to your maintenance environment and supports all elements of world class maintenance such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

Training typically will include:

  • RCM and TPM issues

  • FMEA Failure Mode & Effect Analysis development, setups and use

  • CBM Condition Based Monitoring

  • Preventive/Time Based Maintenance

  • Predictive Maintenance

  • Warranty Contract Management

  • Rollout Strategies & Change Management

  • Industry Overview and Vision

  • Evolution, the future today in SAM, TEAM, & CALM
